A few facts about me
🪷I once spent my last £50 of the month on ceremonial cacao
🪷My favourite TV show is Red Dwarf
🪷I have struggled with episodes of depression on and off for most of my adult life
🪷I have endometriosis and adenomyosis which I manage reasonably successfully with diet and yoga
🪷I love to sing. I have regular singing lessons and, despite being a massive introvert, even sing in the odd concert
🪷I used to be a corporate PA and paralegal
🪷I was brought to yoga through an eating disorder. Yoga was supposed to be another tool in my competitive toolbox but ended up saving my sanity and bringing me back to my body – my home for this lifetime

Cancellation Policy
- If a client fails to attend an appointment (a no-show) or fails to give Hannah Holistics at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment, the client will be liable for 100% of the missed treatment fee.
- If a client are late for an appointment, Hannah Holistics may not be able to provide the full length of treatment but clients will still be liable for full payment.
- If a client wishes to swap to a different treatment at short notice, the time taken to set up for this new treatment may be deducted from the total treatment time.
