If you would like to personalise your yoga practice or just can't find a class to suit your schedule, I would love to work one to one with you .
My special interest is slow flow Hatha style and Yin with an emphasis on adapting each posture to your individual body type and proportions. There is also a place in my heart for ashtanga and vinyasa inspired classes should you wish to increase the pace a little.
If you are new to yoga and don't have any equipment, I can provide everything you will need for your first class including mats, bolsters, straps, bricks and blocks. Bolsters are also available to buy from me if you decide you would like to invest further in your wellbeing.

We hold seated postures for between 3 and 5 minutes to strengthen joints and connective tissue.
Great for athletes or anyone seeking stillness or a deeper practice to complement regular muscular exercise.

Yoga is not one size fits all and your yoga class shouldn't be either. All classes are beginner friendly with plenty of time to transition and explore alternative positions and shapes.
These classes run in blocks of 5 to encourage your commitment to practice and to enable you to see tangible results as we work towards building strength over the 5 week period.
