Deep tissue massage is a surprisingly slow and rhythmic massage which is designed to go deeper into the tissues of the body, release fascia, increase range of motion and melt away tension.

Using deep tissue techniques including elbows and, if necessary, massage tools, the aim is to work deeply on muscle knots, fascia and trigger points to free deeply held tension and improve mobility.

Regular treatments are recommended to help with muscle repair, injury prevention, maintain posture and elevate emotional wellbeing.

HOT STONES MASSAGE

A true spa treatment, this treatment incorporates warm basalt stones to gently warm up the deeper layers of tissue, ease any muscle tension and melt away your aches and pains.

THAI HERBAL HOT COMPRESS MASSAGE

The Thai compress full body massage is a truly indulgent and beautiful massage treatment which uses warm steamed aromatic herbal dumplings to gently compress and detoxify your tired and aching muscles.

The dumplings are made from an aromatic blend of Thai herbs including kafir lime, ginger, lemongrass and turmeric wrapped in a muslin cloth which will take you away to a relaxing land where you can forget about your troubles.

This treatment is wonderfully soothing for sufferers of arthritis, fibromyalgia, mental and physical exhaustion and sore joints.

Following your treatment you will be gifted with your Thai herbal dumpling to take home and recreate the spa experience in the comfort of your own home. 

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

50 Minutes: £50

A wonderful seated massage incorporating the back, neck, shoulders and scalp. Therapeutic oil will be used to gently soothe your tired muscles and nourish your hair and scalp.

Neck and upper back muscles will be gently soothed using a combination of manual massage, hot stones and warm bamboo sticks.

Great for neck and shoulder tension, , insomnia, tension headaches and scalp health.

Please be aware that oil must be used in the hair for this massage. I recommend keeping the therapeutic oil on your hair for as long as possible before giving it a good double shampoo the next time you shower.

BODY MASSAGE WITH FIRE CUPPING

60 Minutes: £50 (one treatment area)

90 Minutes: £75 (one/two treatment areas)

Add Fire Cupping to your body massage for added muscle and myofascial release. Cupping works by creating a vacuum which gently lifts the tissues and helps to release tension. Treatment cups are applied to the larger muscles of the body such as the back, thighs and calves.

Fire cupping will likely leave a few red marks on the skin, depending on your personal response to the treatment. these should fade within a few days.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is so much more than just a foot rub; it is an ancient healing therapy which uses the feet as an accessible way of mapping out the entire body.

Reflex points on the feet are gently manipulated to address any physical or emotional issues you may have and kick-start the body's own healing response.

This treatment can be tailored to address many issues including digestive issues, hormonal imbalance (including menopause and fertility support)

insomnia, migraine and many more.

regular treatments of at least one per month are recommended for optimum wellbeing.

HOLISTIC FACIAL

60 minutes: £50

Not just a standard facial, this deep cleansing facial centres around complexion boosting crystal massage to increase cell turnover and improve circulation and overall appearance. 

This luxurious deep cleansing facial massage will help to gently extract deep seated debris from the pores to improve clarity and tone.

Your skin will be deeply double cleansed, exfoliated, steamed (optional) and massaged using soothing Pai Organic products. You will also enjoy a thoroughly relaxing neck and shoulder massage as the Pai Hydration mask works its magic on your skin.

Please note I cannot offer any facial treatments if you are suffering from active coldsores or skin infections.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE

60 minutes: £50

The Thai Foot Massage was developed for weary travellers on the Thai silk trail and is designed to work on the feet and lower legs.

Specially designed wooden tools are used to gently manipulate pressure points and ease away stress and tension whilst the massage techniques will sooth away muscular aches and pains. Once completed, each foot and leg will be wrapped in a heated towel allowing the therapeutic balm to nourish your skin.

Benefits of regular Thai Foot Massage include improved sleep patterns, pain relief in lower legs and feet, improved posture and flexibility, a clearer mind and improved lymphatic drainage in the lower limbs.

You will remain fully clothed during this treatment.

EAR CANDLING

25 Minutes: £30 

40 Minutes: £40 (extended lymphatic drainage face and neck massage)

Hopi Indians have used traditional Hopi ear candles for centuries to help treat sinus blockages, headaches, tinnitus, nausea and many more complaints. 

During your session both ears will be treated. The ear candling will be followed by a gentle face and scalp massage to aid lymphatic drainage and ease any sinus congestion.

Not recommended for people with current ear infections.

Ear Candling will not remove ear wax or restore hearing loss.

60M BACK MASSAGE & REFLEXOLOGY

60m: £50
